Waynesboro, GA
At the jailhouse in Waynesboro, GA. Of course, it is no longer in use, but the jail built in 1911 was essentially a holding cell (as related by a citizen.) It is a brick building approximately 20' x 20'. This chain went to an outer bar grill that had been attached later to keep people out. The ceiling has caved in, and the building now stands opened to the elements and abuses.
